"...on the first light of the fifth day, at dawn look to the east"

It's about bloody time we had a sunny day above 60 degrees. Granted, I like my cold, but when it's 52, windy, and raining, outdoor rehearsal is short and brutal. Grumblecakes.

Yesterday was Heinz catch-up day, apparently. First, I get an e-mail from the Puppet Lady of the Nor'east (Megan). Then, Tran and Kris breezed into BG for a non-journalist lunch/dinner. After rehearsal, I get a call from the illimitable Tony. And the Gorillaz came out with a new CD. Craziness and fun abounded.

As for today, I am squandering this sunshine by writing this and updating my fantasy baseball team. Why, oh why, did that bone in your right hand have to break, Javy Lopez? Yours was the only position that I didn't have a back-up.

(Before anyone laughs at the possible irony, he's not my only injured player. His just hurts the most. Sorry to defuse the irony.)

Still Alive -- Maybe

I was hoping to take a breath after this past semester. Nope. Not happening.

Between Macbeth and work, I'm running like little crazy man. Well, average-sized crazy man. Hell, I even missed the grand return of Tran and Kris. This is what happens when one checks one's e-mail less than every other day. I hate missing reunions. Grumblecakes.
